SIGNUP PROCEDURE

HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you want to participate in the events/trips arranged by ESN Odense you must sign up here on the website.

FACEBOOK POSTINGS
Sometimes we will post events and trips on our facebook page, but signup on Facebook is not valid.
We only use Facebook as an indicator of student interest in a specific event/trip.
YOU MUST STILL SIGNUP AT THE WEBSITE!

Sometimes we have free events with no signup limit - fx. the Welcome Party and the Goodbye Party.
In these cases signing up on Facebook is enough - and you will not be able to sign up on the ESN Website.

GETTING YOUR TICKET
Most events/trips have a signup limit and you will have to buy a ticket.
When you sign up on our website, you will receive a confirmation mail - telling you that your signup is complete.
If the ticket sale is still open, you will be informed of how, when and where to get your ticket.
Make sure to follow the instructions received by e-mail excatly and to the point!
If there is a specific time slot for buying your ticket - make sure to BE ON TIME! or else you will loose your ticket!

WAITING LIST
If tickets are sold out, you will in most cases still be able to signup.
In this situation you will receive a confirmation e-mail, telling you that the tickets are sold out, and you have been placed on a waiting list.
If for some reason one of the ticket-holders is not participating after all, people on the waiting list will be contacted in the order of signups.

THIS WEBSITE IS NOT FACEBOOK - DON'T SIGN UP IF YOU DON'T MEAN IT!
Make sure you only sign up if you are truely intending on participating. After signing up, pay for your ticket as soon as possible.
If you sign up with no intention of claiming your ticket - you just cause unnecessarry work for you ESN Team and remember - they work for free just to help you!
